A dedicated two day course helping with client onboarding of planners, cost engineers and project contorl professionals into an organisation. There is alot of pressure for professionals to make a quick start in a client organisation. We set out to make this start seemeless. This course is so much more than a training sesssion. Training slides with client specific process and procedure are developed and provided to all delegates. We will engage with your business and create an on boarding package to be used and maintained by your in-house project control capability.

A dedicated one day course explaining the function of Project Control and enables the delegates to implement project control techniques.
